Eligibility for Refunds
1. Non-Returnable Products:
- All products once purchased are non-returnable due to the nature of our offerings.
- We do not accept returns for used, opened, or altered products.
- Exceptions apply only for damaged or incorrect products received.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, we will gladly accept returns.
- You must raise a return or replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide photo and video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
Return Process
1. Request Submission:
o Email us at hello@aveoprofessional.com with your name, telephone number, and a convenient time to call.
o Our product advisor will contact you to understand the issue and guide you through the return process.
2. Review and Pickup:
o Allow us 15 working days to review your return request.
o If eligible, our courier partner will pick up the product from your location.
o If pickup service is unavailable, you can self-ship the product using a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.
3. Verification and Refund:
o After receiving the product, we will verify it against your claim.
o We initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
o Refunds will be in the form of equivalent value store gift coupons for use on aveoprofessional.com.
o Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Once orders are dispatched, they cannot be canceled.
